ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):

Petition filed May 15, 1974 is inadequate in that

it

contains no stipulation to incorporate the record of the previous

proceeding (PCB 73-338) into this one nor does it give the

environmental impact upon the public were the variance to be

granted. Petitioner in particular should quantify the particulate

levels and

any

other effects that would be experienced by resi-

dents if coal is burned pursuant to the requested variance.

Petitioner shall furnish the stipulation and additional

information requested within 45 days from the date of this order.

Failure to timely file the needed information shall make

the petition liable to dismissal for inadequacy. The 90-day

decision period set by statute shall run from the date of

filing the additional information.
