    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr.
    Dumelle):
    Petition filed May 9,
    1974
    is inadequate
    in that the reasons
for delay in meeting the Board Rules
    and Regulations
    are not given.
Furthermore, the alternative of more frequent soot-blowing to
offset the alleged higher rate of ash deposition on heat trans-
    fer surfaces
    (p.
    3 of Petition)
    is not explored.
Petitioner is ordered to provide further information as de-
    tailed above within
45 days from the date of this order.
    Failure
to timely file the needed information shall make the petition
    liable
    to dismissal for inadequacy.
    The 90-day decision period
set by statute shall run from the date
    of filing the additional
    information.
