    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
    Motion filed May 6, 1974 by the Agency is granted in the
    alternative. Petitioner is ordered to provide additional infor-
    mation within 45 days from the date of this order giving the
    Rule or Regulation from which relief is requested and the
    hardship which would be incurred if no relief were granted.
    Failure to timely file the needed information shall
    make the petition liable to dismissal for inadequacy. The 90-day
    decision period set by statute shall run from the date of filing
    of the requested information.
