    Petitioner shall file within 35 days from the date of this
    order additional information to cover the points specified.
    Failure
    to
    timely file the needed information shall make the petition
    liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
    The 90-day decision period
    set by statute shall run from the date of filing the additional
    information.
