Petition filed April
26,
1974 is inadequate in that the lo-
cation of the proposed burning site is not given,
either in
relation to the municipal borders
or
to the nearest residences.
Furthermore,
the alternatives
of renting or purchasing
an air
curtain destructor are not explored or presented nor is the cost
of landfilling or chipping the landscape wastes.
Lastly, no
information
is
given as
to the City of Piano’s inability to raise
the funds necessary to use one of these alternatives.
Petitioner shall file the needed information on the instant
case within
35 days from the date of this Order.
Failure to timely
file the needed information shall make the petition liable
to dis-
missal for inadequacy.
The 90-day decision period set by statute
shall run from the date of filing the additional information.
