ambient air quality varies
with wind speed and dilution any

week
period
may
not
be
the most critical period of record.
Petitioner
is ordered
to
furnish
the data upon which the
NO~statement
(p.
5 of Petition)
is based
and to initiate
and
provide additional monitoring data over as
long
a period is
possible within the 60-day period from date of this Order.
An
amended petition shall be filed within
70
days
of the
date of this Order containing the data requested.
The 90-day
decision period required by statute
shall run from the date of filing
of the amended petition.
Failure
to
timely
file
the
information
requested
shall
make
the
petition
liable
to
dismissal
for
inadequacy.
