    Petition filed April 19, 1974,
    is inadequate
    in that the
    Board’s Procedural Rule 401 was not adequately followed.
    Specific-
    ally,
    information of the following is required:
    1.
    An estimate of the quantity of emissions discharged.
    2.
    Proposals for compliance, including a tentative time-
    table for same.
    3.
    The alleged hardship should a variance be denied.
    4.
    An assessment
    of the environmental impact of contin-
    uous discharge.
    Petitioner is directed to amend its petition within 45 days by
    supplying the needed information.
    A waiver from the 90-day decision
    period set by statute will be executed for the period elapsing until
    the amended petition is filed.
    Failure to file the needed information in time shall make the
    petition liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
