this proceeding.
Furthermore,
the actual copper levels
achieved last year in the raw water intake to the treatment
plant
(Order No.
3 in PCB 73-153)
are not given.
Petitioner
is directed to amend the inadequate petition
by supplying the information listed within 45 days from the date
of this order.
A waiver shall be executed from the 90-day
decision period until
the time of filing of the amended petition.
Failure to timely file
the amended petition shall make
the petition liable to dismissal as being inadequate.
