1. ILLINOIS POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD

ILLINOIS POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
July 25, 1974
THE
METERCORD
COMPANY,
)
Petitioner,
vs.
PCB 74—184
ENVIRONMENTAL
PROTECTION AGENCY,
Respondent.
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Henss):
The Environmental Protection Agency has filed Motion to
Consolidate,
requesting that this variance action be
con—
so.idated with PCB 74-220.
It appears to the Board that the last scheduled meeting
of the Pollution Control Board within the 90 day period available
for making the deoision in the variance case is August 8, 1974.
The decision must be made by that date. On the other hand,
PCB 74-220 has been scheduled for hearing on August 19, 1974.
Our
conclusion
is
that a consolidation would interfere with the
time schedules we must meet in deciding the cases. Therefore,
consolidation will be denied.
It
is Ordered that the Motion for Consolidation be
denied.
I, Christan L. Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution C n
Board,
