Ozite filed a Petition on January 31, 1975 which requested

that the Pollution Control Board (Board) find that Ozite was

jn compliance with a previous Board Order (EPA v. Ozite Corporation,

PCB 73-330, 12 PCB 337 (May 23, 1974)).

There is no allegation that Ozite has been denied an

Operating Permit. Therefore, the Board is without jurisdiction

to grant the requested relief.

The Board hereby denied the above captioned case.
