ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by Mr. Dumelle):
Petition filed January 23, 1975 is inadequate in
that it does not give
the location of the nearest residences
to the sludge incinerators,
the metallic content of the
sludge, and the ambient air quality
(in particulate and
in metallic levels such as mercury and lead)
at the
residences.
Petitioner shall amend the petition within 45 days from
the date of this Order to provide the required information.
Failure
to timely file the needed. information shall make
the petition liable to dismissal for inadequa~cy. The 90-day
decision period set by statute shall run from the date of
filing the additional information.
