    of two consolidated
    regulatory
    proposals
    R74-l5 filed by Republic Steel Corporation
    and R74-16 filed by t~ieIllinois Petroleum Council, et
    al.
    The above-captioned complaint alleges
    that Respondent
    is discharging cyanide in excess of present
    sewer discharge limita-
    tions
    found in Rule
    703 of the Water Pollution Regulations.
    Be-
    cause of the subject matter of the two pending regulatory proceeding
    is
    the same Rule
    703,
    the Board agrees with Respondent that
    a
    stay of the enforcement
    case should
    be
    granted.
    Respondent’s Motion For Stay
    is hereby granted until the
    conclusion of the two regulatory proceeding, R74-lS and 74-16.
