    Petitioner,
    The petition for variance filed January 17, 1975 is
    ~hereby dismissed without prejudice for failure to comply with
    Rule 401 of the Pollution Control Board Procedural Rules
    in that it fails to specify what Rule or provision of the Act
    petitioner seeks a variance from, type and quantity of discharge
    for which the variance is sought, and the impact of the emission
    on surrounding citizens.
    If petitioner files a new variance petition, the 90-day
    decision period shall again begin running from the filing
    of such petition.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
