    extensions
    of
    time beyond what was granted in the Board’s
    Order of December
    5,
    1974.
    Since variances
    are limited in
    duration by statute
    to one year this Motion in effect. constitutes
    a new variance petition since the dates requested go beyond
    this period.
    We dismiss the Motion without prejudice.
    The Petitioner
    is
    free
    to file
    a new variance petition and can then ask for
    variance (or extension)
    of aspects
    of
    the Board’s order of
    December
    5,
    1974 and make
    its supporting allegations
    at that
    time.
