    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
    Petition filed November 27, 1974 is inadequate in that
    the environmental impact of the grant of the variance is not
    given. The strength of the effluents from the sewage treatment
    plant and the downstream condition of the receiving stream
    are not given in the petition. The dates of the Environmental
    Protection Agency prohibition of construction and of the start
    of construction of the nursing care center are not given.
    Petitioner shall file an amended petition giving
    the required information within 30 days of the date of this
    order. Failure to timely file the needed information shall
    make the petition liable to dismissal for inadequacy. The
    90-day decision period set by statute shall run from the
    date of filing the additional information.
