    in Kane County
    is given nor
    is
    any recital of possible environmental impact
    should the variance be granted.
    The petitioner shall filed with the Board and Agency
    an amended petition supplying the needed information within
    45
    days from the date
    of this Order.
    Failure
    to timely file
    the information shalj make
    the petition liable to dismissal
    for inadequacy.
    The 90-day decision period set by statute
    shall run from the date of filing the additional
    information.
