    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Marder)
    This matter, coming to the Board on Complainant’s Petition for
    Change. of Hearing Officer, filed November 14, 1974, the Board being
    fully apprised in the premises, finds that in order to avoid any sem-
    blance of prejudice in this matter to both Complainant and Complain-
    ant’s trial counsel, the Board will grant this Motion, noting that
    by this Order, the Board in no way questions the propriety of Hear-
    ing Officer Maslanka’s handling of the hearing in PCB 74-285.
    IT IS THE ORDER of the Pollution Control Board that the Clerk of
    the Board reassign this matter to a new Hearing Officer as soon as
    possible.
    I, Christan L. Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
    Board, certify that the above Order was adopted by the Board on the
    22nd day of November, 1974, by a vote of 4 to 0.
