INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD

(by Mr. Dumelle):

Motions to dismiss the regulatory proposal,

or in the

alternative,

to hold additional hearings to receive additional

information were filed in this proceeding by the Printing

Industry of Illinois, Caterpillar Tractor Company and the

Chicago Association of Commerce and Industry.

No additional hearings are scheduled or planned at this

time.

The public comment period expires May 14,

1975.

At

this time the Board has received a greal deal of testimony

and public comments.

The Board has requested that specific

information from various witnesses be submitted.

The requests to dismiss the proposal are denied.

The

alternative,

to hold additional hearings,is taken under

advisement at this time.

The Printing Industry of Illinois,

Caterpillar Tractor Company and the Chicago Association of

Commerce and Industry,

as well as those whom the Board has

specifically requested information from,

shall have until

June 16,

1975 to submit additional information.

The proposal

will not be adopted in any form until further hearings are

held.
