The Respondent has asked for a continuance in this case

for 90 days in order to complete a program in mitigation of the

charges. The letter of the Hearing Officer of April 7, 1975

is noted and appearances by both the Hearing Officer and the

Respondent’s consulting engineer were made on April 10. The

Agency in a letter filed April 11, 1975 objects to the continuance.

The continuance is granted until July 9, 1975.
