    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelie):
    Letters dated October S (filed October 8, 1974) and
    October 10 (filed October 14) have been received requesting
    the “reinstatement of the former variance” (PCB 74-139, denied
    August 8, 1974). Since there was no former variance granted
    there is nothing to “reinstate”. The petitioner appears to be
    in error on his statement that a Pollution Control Board member
    inspected the City of Farmington Sewage Treatment Plant.
    Petitioner is advised to examine the Procedural Rules
    of the Board and prepare an adequate petition if future relief
    is
    sought.
    The instant case is dismissed without prejudice as
    being inadequate and inaccurate.
