    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    This matter comes before the Board on an agreed motion to stay proceedings against
    Old World Industries, Inc. and Specialty Sealant Tapes, Inc., filed on April 11, 1997. The
    parties request that the Board stay all proceedings against respondents for a period of 120 days
    to allow the parties to engage in settlement negotiations. The Board grants the motion to stay
    the proceedings up through and including August 15, 1997.
