    Motion to reconvene hearing and reopen the record in this matter
    is hereby granted.
    The hearing officer shall set this matter for one additional hear-
    ing at a time convenient to the parties, but in no case more than the
    35 days from the issuance of this Order.
    The briefing schedule entered into at the end of the last hearing
    shall be suspended until the completion of the hearing.
