    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Duinelle):
    The Motion for Modification filed March 3, 1975 is allowed.
    The Order of February 14, 1975 is modified and Paragraphs 3 and
    4 are changed to read as follows:
    3. Petitioner shall submit a revised compliance
    plan to the Agency by March 15, 1975 which shall
    detail a program for achieving compliance with
    Rule 205(f) of the Air Pollution Control Regulations.
    Said compliance plan shall be submitted to:
    Environmental Protection Agency
    Division of Air Pollution Control
    Control Program Coordinator
    2200 Churchill Road
    Springfield, Illinois 62706
    4. Petitioner shall execute a Performance Bond in
    a form acceptable to the Agency in the amount of
    $1,000. The purpose of this bond is to insure timely
    installation of the hydrocarbon vapor recovery system
    or any other system or method of complying with Rule 205(f).
