    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr. Dumelle):
    The letter of February 24, 1975,
    filed February 25, 1975,
    is taken
    as a Motion for Clarification.
    The intent of the first
    condition of the Order was to require at least the same degree
    of treatment at the sewage treatment plant as presently exists
    and as required by the fourth condition.
    No ban on additional
    connections to the sanitary sewer system was intended.
    IT IS SO
    ORDERED.
    I, Christan L. Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution
    Control Board, hereby certify the above Order was adopted on the
