INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Goodman):
This matter comes before the Pollution Control Board
(Board) upon the May 7, 1975, petition of Glenn and Joan
Jurgens for a variance from Rules 901 and 921 of the Water
Pollution Regulations
It is
the Order of the Board that Petitioner file
an
amended petition, within
45
days of this Order, in which
Petitioner shall more fully present the costs of septic
tank
and
tile seepage field, and the public health problems such
a septic system would create
in
the
Carthage City area.
Failure to timely file the amended petition shall cause the
petition to be dismissed for inadequacy without prejudice.
The 90~daydecision period set by Statute shall run from the
date of filing the amended petition.
