    ORDER
    OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr. Henss):
    On May 28, 1975 Complainant filed a document entitled
    “Motion for Modification of Order Entered May 8,
    1975,
    to
    Grant Rehearing to Complainant”.
    In paragraph 5 of the
    Motion Complainant alleges that upon rehearing he would be
    able to prove certain facts.
    Most of the facts which are
    mentioned in that paragraph were actually addressed in the
    hearing which has already been held in this litigation.
    Before ruling upon the Motion, however,
    the Board would like
    to receive more information regarding paragraph 5(e) of the
    Motion which states:
    “A sewer system could safely be
    inserted through nearby storm sewers,
    if necessary,
    to achieve
    proper depth below the frost—line.”
    Complainant shall amplify
    paragraph 5(e)
    by providing the engineering data and statement
    to establish the method of safely inserting the sewer system
    through the nearby storm sewers.
    Respondent shall also
    address that issue.
    Each party shall have
    30 days from the
    date of this Order for the filing of the additional information.
