    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr. Dumelle):
    Petition filed January 27,
    1976 is inadequate in that
    the “downstream lake”
    (63 miles away)
    is not identified nor
    is the existence there mentioned of any algae blooms.
    Petitioner shall
    amend the Petition within 45 days
    from •the date of this Order to provide the needed information.
    The 90-day period set by statute for a decision shall run
    from the filing of the amended Petition.
    Failure to timely
    file the amended Petition shall make it liable to dismissal
    for inadequacy.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
    Dr. Satchell abstained.
