Petition filed January 23,

1976 is inadequate in that it is

not clear whether the lake is itself

a public water supply reservoir

or whether it discharges to a stream which is a public water supply

(and if so at what distance downstream from the lake discharge).

Petitioner shall amend

the Petition within

45 days from the

date of this Order to provide the needed information.

The 90-day

period set by statute for a decision shall run from the filing of

the amended Petition.

Failure to timely file the amended Petition

shall make it liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
