    INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr. Zeitlin):
    On May 19, 1975 the Board received a Motion to Dismiss
    certain Respondents, filed by Complainant Environmental Pro-
    tection Agency.
    The motion requests that the Board dismiss
    as Respondents several individuals named Respondent
    in the
    original complaint in this matter.
    Those individuals are:
    Kurt Taubman, misnamed in the Complaint as Kirk Taubman,
    George Cudworth, Patrick Brown, Joseph Kunda, Andrew Davidson,
    Vincent Maillard, George F,
    Sullivan, Frank Noonan and Gil
    Gomez.
    This motion being filed by the Complainant,
    the
    Board sees no reason why it should not be granted.
    The above
    named
    Respondents are dismissed.
