information
is given as to the effect upon nearby residences
if the variance were to be granted.
The Petitioner is
referred to Procedural Rule 401(c)
for guidance.
Petitioner’s attention is also directed to the recent
U.S. Supreme Court decision of April
16, 1975
(Train v.
NRDC,
et al) and its requirements as to air quality standards con-
formance.

for an explanation of this case.
Petitioner shall
furnish additional information as
required above within 45 days from the date of this Order.
Failure to timely file the needed information shall make the
petition liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
The 90-day
decision period set by statute shall run from the date of
filing the additional information.
