    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    This matter comes before the Board on a motion for extension of time filed by
    complainant, Dayton Hudson Corporation, on March 24, 1997. Complainant seeks additional
    time to respond to respondents’ March 17, 1997 motion to strike the complaint filed in this
    case. Respondents do not object to complainant’s request for an extension of time.
    Accordingly, the Board hereby grants complainant an extension of time, up to and including
    April 7, 1997, in which to file a response to respondents’ motion to strike the complaint.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
