    Respondent Frank Foundries Corporation on May 12,
    1975,
    filed a Motion for Consolidation; that Motion sought to have
    consolidated the instant enforcement case and a previous
    variance case
    (PCB 74—460)
    .
    Insofar as the Board rendered
    a final Opinion and Order in the variance case,
    on April 10,
    1975, and subsequently denied Frank Foundries’ Motion for
    Vacation of Order under Rule 334, this Motion for Consolidation
    must be denied.
    The previous Variance case has reached a
    final disposition, and therefore cannot be consolidated with
    the instant enforcement case.
    Respondent’s Notion is denied.
