    INTERIM OPINION AND ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Goodman):
    This matter comes before the Pollution Control Board
    (Board) upon all parties motion for intervention by the
    Round Lake Area Concerned Landowners, Citizens and Devel-
    opers Association, a continuance of hearings, and a request
    for a hearing before the Board “in person”.
    It is the opinion of the Board that an adequate hearing
    will be provided by the Board’s duly appointed hearing
    officer and that the presence of the Board at such hearing
    would provide no useful purpose.
    ORDER
    it is the order of the Pollution Control Board that:
    a) The Round Lake Area Concerned Landowners, Citizens
    and Developers Asso~~~ton

    b) The hearing in this cause is hereby continued for
    60 days from the date of entry of this order; and
    c) The Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice
    pursuant to section 33(c) of the setting of said hearing.
    Said notice shall contain in addition to the date, time,
    place of the hearing, the following:
    “The public is hereby notified that the hearing in this
    cause may affect the right of the public individually
    or collectively to the use of community sewer or water
    facilities provided by the Round Lake Sanitary District,
    an Illinois Municipal Corporation. Information con-
    cerning the above entitled cause is available through
    the Clerk of the Pollution Control Board, 309 West
    Washington, Chicago, Illinois 60602.”; and
    d) The petition for a hearing to be conducted in the
    presence of the full Pollution Control Board is hereby
    denied.
