ORDER OF THE BOARD

On December
29,
1975, Respondent Environmental Protection
Agency
(Agency) filed a Motion with the Illinois Pollution Control
Board
(Board)
for relief from the requirement of Rule 403(a)
that
the Agency make
a recommendation
to the Board within 30 days after
filing of
a variance petition.
In the instant matter, Petitioner City of Red Bud
(City)
is
to supplement their variance petition after selection of one of
three alternative plans for compliance by City officials.
Until
such
time as this information is filed,
the petition for variance
does not comply with Rule 401(viii).
The Board hereby qrants the
Agency’s Motion;
the Agency recommendation will be required
30 days
after receipt of the compliance plan from the City.
