    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
    Petition filed September 22, 1975 is inadequate in
    that no Rule or Regulation is listed front which variance
    is desired. In addition, the amount and nature of the
    contaminants to be discharged and the effects of these
    contaminants upon the receiving stream are not detailed.
    Petitioner shall amend its Petition within 35 days
    from the date of this Order to provide the needed informa-
    tion. A waiver of the 90-day decision period set by statute
    shall also be filed for the period elapsing until the
    Amended Petition is received. Failure to timely file the
    Amended Petition shall make it liable to dismissal for
    inadequacy.
