INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Goodman):

This matter comes before the Board upon Petitioner’s

motion to amend the previous Board Order of June 26, 1975,

which Order required Petitioner, inter alia, to submit to

the Board a final corporate approved compliance plan on or

before October 1, 1975.

The Board hereby grants Petitioner’s motion of September

25, 1975, and amends the Interim Order of June 26, 1975

herein as follows:

(b). Petitioner shall submit to the Board a final

corporate approved compliance plan on or before November 1,

1975; and

IT IS SO ORDERED.
