Since there
is no Board procedure for renewal or exten-
sion of variances,
the Board considers all such petitions
for renewals
as a new petition for variance.
The Board has

hereby requests
that Petitioner amend its petition of Septem-
ber

1975,
by incorporating the record
in
PCB 74-444 and,
due to the requirements of
a recent Supreme Court decision
(Train v. NRDC,
43 USLW 4467),
the Board will require Peti-
tioner to show that
his
emission will not violate or cause
violation of Primary Ambient Air Quality Standards.
Petitioner shal! amend the petition as required above
within
45 days of
the
date of this Order.
Failure to timely
file the amended çet.ition with the Board and the Environ-
mental Protection Agency shall render the petition herein
liable to dismis~.al for inadequacy.
