ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):

Petition fi1.~dSeptember 4, 1975 is inadequate in that

the record of the prior proceeding is not stipulated into this

proceeding. In aidition, the Board would want the latest earnings

statements in order to evaluate the economic hardship involved.

Petitioner shall amend the Petition by stipulating to

the inclusion of th.~prior record and provide the latest financial

data both within 30 days from the date of this Order. A waiver

of the 90-day decisicn period for the length of time elapsing

until the amended Petition is filed shall also be granted by

the Petitioner.

Failure to timely file the amended Petition shall render

this cause liable to dismissal for inadequacy.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
