    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr. Dumelle):
    On October
    30,
    1975 the Board ordered Petitioner to file
    an Amended Petition within 45 days to cure certain stated
    inadequacies
    in its Petition.
    On December 12, 1975 Petitioner
    submitted an Amended Petition.
    However, that Amended Petition
    failed to cure those inadequacies.
    Therefore, the Board hereby
    dismisses the cause without prejudice.
