    the Board
    entered an Interim Order requiring that Petitioner file
    certain additional information in an Amended Petition
    within 45 days.
    Neither the required Amended Petition
    nor the necessary additional information was filed within
    the specified period.
    The Petition for Variance in this
    matter must be dismissed for inadequacy, without prejudice.
