    limitations is hereby denied as the violation alleged is of
    a continuing nature.

    the Complainant’s alleged failure
    to cite dates and loca-
    tions of violations
    is hereby denied as untimely.
    Respondent’s Motion for a Bill of Particulars or Request
    for Answers to Interrogatories,
    is hereby remanded to the
    Hearing Officer in this matter for action.
    Complainant’s Motion
    to Compel Answers to Interroga—
    tories
    is hereby granted.
    Since no objections were offered
    to the February

    1975, Order of the Hearing Officer that
    certain information be produced by Respondents in this case,
    it is the Order of the Board that said information be pro-
    duced by the Respondents
