1975 is inadequate in that no

information is given as to the location of any public water supplies

downstream from the lake overflow nor what the fertilizer or copper

sulfate concentrations would be at these intakes,

if any.

Petitioner shall amend the Petition within 45 days to

provide the needed information.

Failure to timely file the

needed information shall render the Petition liable to dismissal

for inadequacy.

The 90-day period set by statute for decision

shall run from the date of the filing of the Amended Petition

with the Board and Agency.
