    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr. Dumelle):
    Petition filed December

    1975 is inadequate in that the
    Rule or Regulations from which variance is desired is not listed
    nor is a compliance program given in detail.
    Furthermore the sound
    levels imposed by the Petitioner’s operation upon adjacent properties
    are not given.
    Petitioner shall amend the Petition within 45 days from the
    date of this Order to provide the needed information.
    Failure to
    timely file an Amended Petition shall cause the instant proceeding
    to be dismissed for inadequacy.
    A waiver of the 90-day decision
    period shall be filed with the Amended Petition.
    Said 90-day
    decision period shall run from the date of filing of the Amended
    Petition and a waiver to that effect shall be filed.
    Its Motion for Consolidation also filed December
    3,
    1975 shall
    be considered when an Amended Petition is filed.
