INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Zeitlin):
A motion for Continuance in Excess of 45 Days was received
from Respondent General Motors on August 7, 1975. The Motion
asked continuance pending a ruling by the Illinois Supxeme
Court in a Regulatory appeal matter, docketed as

before that Court. The Motion in that form is essentially
similar to the Motion for Stay denied by this Board on
August 7, 1975, and is therefore denied, for the reasons
stated in our Order of August 7, 1975. The Motion for
Continuance shall he granted for a period of 90 days, which
continuance may be extended on good cause shown.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
