    ORDER OF THE BOARD c~byMr. Dumelle):
    Petition filed July 30, 1975 is inadequate in that it does not
    detail the environmental effects of this variance petition were it
    to be granted. The alternative set out
    in
    a companion case,
    NSSD v. EPA, PCB 75-302, which is that of possibly lifting the sewer
    connection ban entire~j, is not requested.
    Petitioner shall amend the petition within 45 days of the date
    of this Order and provide the needed environmental impact information
    to the Board and Agency, If it so chooses, the Petitioner may also
    request consideration, as an alternative,of removal of the ban in
    its entirety.
    Failure to timely file the amended petitioner shall
    make this cause liable to dismissal because of inadequacy. The
    90—day period set by statute for decision shall run from the date
    of filing the amended petition.
