    The case shall be accepted by the Board but questions as to
    whether it is duplicitous or frivolous shall be determined by the
    Board on December 30.
    The Respondents shall present argument on these questions by
    December
    10 and also furnish the pleadings in Case No.
    75 L 12530
    in the Circuit Court of Cook County to the Board and parties.
    The
    complainants shall have until December 22 to respond and shall
    also serve all parties and the Board.
