    Petition for Variance was received by the Boarö. on
    June 2, 1975. The Board, on June 6, 1975, entered an Interim
    Order setting forth ~1efinit±ve reasons as to why the Variance
    Petition was deemed to be inadequate, and requested that
    Petitioner file ar~ Amended Petition within 45 days correcting
    those deficiencies.
    Failure to timely file such Amended Petition has resulted
    in dismissal of this matter as inadquate.
