    The request filed on October 15, 1975 by the Petitioner
    that its variance petition be set for hearing is hereby granted.
    Petitioner is ordered to file a waiver of the stuatory 90-day
    decision period to allow the Board an adequate period of time
    to review the variance request following receipt of the completed
    hearing record. The Motion to Dismiss is dismissed as moot in
    light of the filing of the Amended Variance Petition by Petitioner.
    The Respondent shall have until December 8, 1975 to file a
    Recommendation.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
