ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):

Petition filed March 1~, 1976 is inadequate in that the reasons

for the delay in achieving compliance with Rule 204(e) are not

given. Also, no recent air quality data are given, either actually

recorded or estimated from diffusion analysis. The 1972 data are

not a part of the instant Petition.

Petitioner shall file an Amended Petition within 45 days from

the date of this Order providing the Information required. The

statutory decision period shall run from the date of filing of the

Amended Petition. Failure to timely file the Amended Petition

shall make the original Petition liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
