    The Board directs Petitioner’s attention to Rule 203 of
    the Public Water Supply Regulations, and suggests that
    Petitioner apply to the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency for an Algicide Permit. The instant Petition is hereby
    dismissed as moot.
